Check Vietnam E-Visa Status
Step 1: Visit the Official E-Visa Status Page
Go to the official Vietnam Immigration E-Visa status page:
Step 2: Enter Your Application Information
Prepare the following details:
Registration Code (provided after you submitted your application)
Email Address (the email used for your application)
Date of Birth
Captcha Verification Code
After entering the required information, click "Search" to continue.
Step 3: View Your Application Status
The system will display your application status. Depending on the result, you may see one of the following:
In Processing – Your application is still being reviewed by the Vietnam Immigration Department.
Approved – Your E-Visa has been issued and is ready for download.
Request for Amendment – Additional information or document corrections are required before processing can continue.
Rejected – Your application was not approved, and the reason will be displayed.
Step 4: Download and Print Your E-Visa
Once your application is approved:
Click "Download Print Visa."
Save the PDF file.
Print a copy and carry it with your passport when traveling to Vietnam.
Important Notes
Keep your Registration Code in a safe place, as it is required to check your application status.
The Vietnam Immigration Department does not send the E-Visa file by email. You must log in to the official portal to check your application and download the approved E-Visa yourself.
Carefully verify all information on your E-Visa, including your full name, passport number, date of birth, visa validity, number of entries, and port of entry before you travel. If you notice any errors, request a correction before your departure.
